My symptoms started after being hit on the head at work, scalp is still sore, hair washing is nolonger a pleasant experience, nor hanging washing out. Head throbs, neck, shoulders, elbows, hands, thumbs especially. Can't stand or walk for long, right leg gives way. I walk with a stick because of this.
Diagnosed at 57 with Arthritis and more recently Fibromyalga at 60. Try to get doctors to help, and or social, is a depressing nightmare. Have had three falls recently. You could say I am very scared of the future. Without work, support, I worry my home will be gone.
My Mom and Gran had Arthritis and Thyroid but my symptoms have not been gradual, like there's it's been pain in every part of me. I could so easily cry. They never had to look for work with there conditions and were pensioners at my age.
I focus on crafts, and my Granddaughters.
I take the following for my condition: Amityptaline 20mg, and a combination painkiller paracetamol and codeine, and cholesterol tablets.
Herbal tablets rosehip extract. When I get a cold echinaeca.

Hi. I recently had my second total knee replacement with a hip replacement to follow shortly. I am also suffering with great pain in my hands, arms shoulder and neck. I am taking Tramedol following the latest TKR. I also suffer from high blood pressure and under active thyroid. I am just 60 but feel like a knackered 85 year old. to sure where to go now.

Hi there, Bought my new mobility scooter which is marvellous. It's surprising the people you meet. One day I saw an old friend sitting outside a cafe and just pulled up and had a good old chat. The doctor has also told me to walk but it is difficult as I have intermittent claudication which basically means my legs seize up and I cannot move, I have to stay where I am for a couple of minutes till it wears off. I am on morphine tablets, pregablin and an anti inflammatory for pain and they do help but ten years ago I had a cerebral haemorrhage which causes lots of side effects plus I get very tired still life goes on.

I have been suffering for some years of osteoarthritis , I have tried many things from what the doctor gave to many things, I found the following vital3 joint solutions, the clinical were amazing so i started to use this three drops in water everyday, results may not start until 6 weeks but i was looking for long term. You are supply with 3 months supply and I am almost completed the 3 months. people notice I was more mobile and walking better and I was think also I was walking a little further, for me I found something that works, helps, not saying i do not get bad days rain cool air but i am managing. I wonder what the future will hold. if i can keep mobile, then at least I can out and about.

Hi I have osteoarthritis in my hands, my lower back. I have had a replacement in my right hip and left knee but now my left hip and right knee are getting painful. I also have spondylosis of the neck. I did take Naproxen which I found helped a lot but because of new medication I can no longer take. I take cocodomol but don't find it helps much .

Hi Enpress, so glad that Vital3 joint solution is helping you. I would like to give it a try and wondered if you would mind telling me where you get this from. Is it through the Dr or can I buy it from a Pharmacy?? Any help would be gratefully received.

Results are in Dr says its moderate which for my age he says is not good, if any it should be mild. Any how's he has given me Co codomol along with 400mgs ibuprofen and I must say it's working woohoo, the pain in my left knee has gone and I am not limping anymore just amazed that I have no pain. Dr has reffered me back to the consultant feel I am wasting his time though. But will be interesting to hear what he has to say

I had a hip replacement 16 months ago due to osteoarthritis. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. Yes I was not looking forward to everything post op, but I am now 100% mobile and after not being able to walk any distances I now enjoy walking again and I've managed to lose 2.5 stones. Totally pain free and I've had lots of comments about how much happier I look - my face was obviously showing my pain. If you have any questions please ask!
