Hi courtney j I have been self isolating for nearly 3 months ,I have found my anxiety PTSD depression getting hard ,been making jewellery, been knitting all kinds of things its been very hard ,my husband does everything for me ,om finding hard to concentrate on anything for long I'm getting really irritable, I have so many illnesses, and fighting breast cancer is bad enough I'm scared to sleep in case I dont wake up I have lost my pet budgie ,had to cancel lots of things I get so upset ,worrying over my familys that can work incase they get it life is absolutely rubbish if it wasnt for my trevor I dont know how I would be able to manage but as my mum always said to me such is life and we have to carry on never quit so that is exactly what I am doing I'm not the only one there are a lot worse off than me at least im alive a lot dont have that and aren't so lucky so God bless all the carers and the NHS ,I have made lots of canula sleeves for premature babies units for different hospitals ,now I'm making earings and bracelets just hope my grandchildren will like them ,also I have made some keyrings to but only can do so much as my hands play me up with my lymphoedema so then I just watch a bit of TV but I am still isolating and trying to keep safe I do hope you all are lots of love Tigger

Two nights ago I was taken ill my husband had to call for an ambulance I thought I was on my way out ,I had a burning sensation in my throat, my head was spinning, I had chest pains so bad it felt as though someone was treading on me ,when the paramedic arrived he tested my temperature, my blood pressure, and pricked my finger to check bloods for diabetes as I am border line diabetic ,then he put things on me to check my heart ,he wanted me to go to hospital to give me more tests but I wouldn't go because I was scared of the virus ,but he did say that if it started to get worse after he left my husband was to ring for an ambulance and go straight to hospital ,but I phoned drs up yesterday and asked if i should start using my steroids and antibiotics and they said yes so that is exactly what I'm doing and they are going to replace the ones I'm using sk i will still have my back up supply, but all this that has been going on has made my PTSD low moods and anxiety rocket I'm so scared of catching this virus that it is making me feel worse as having breast cancer to fight ,and everything else on top it doesnt help and not being able to see my family it hurts I've lost a few friends but couldn't go to there funerals because of this pandemic it really doesnt help Tigger 09

I've really been having a difficult time through all of this. I feel like 2020 is just a mess and needs to start over. Between politics and the virus and then all the horrible things going on in the US I've been seeing all over the sites I'm having a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone else feeling this way?

@sodowninsurrey absolutely. It's really hard to feel positive and motivate yourself when the world seems like a burning bin fire around you. I've been having a hard time getting out of bed and leaving the house.

@Tigger.co.uk wow what a journey you've been on. i'm so glad that you're in a better place and with someone so wonderful and supportive. therapy really helps me when i go, i've haven't been good about going since the virus started. i hope the list moves quickly and you can see someone soon! working through trauma is hard but really worth it in the end.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

AmbassadorLizzie when we loss loved ones some people are expecting to grieve in the same way with each bereavement, and are even more upset because they dont. this can be for many reasons, for example it could be the age of the loved one, how close you were to a certain person, how well they physically or emotionally knew a loved one. or lastly some of us may never have met a loved one for many reasons. or if physical events had taken place ,and a loved one could not be viewed by family and friends
this happened me was because, my son and i parted with bad blood between us, and when his baby daughter was born , and died age 50 minutes i was banned from attending her service or internment, her name was Rebecca Jade, but i called her Becky, and i bought her a small headstone and i go to her grave at least once a month with fresh flowers. i will always love my grandaughter, but possibly not as much as my Angel wife or son, who took his own life.?
