Been on these for 6 years now started at 10mg now last 2years 40mg and they help me alot, can still have episodes but not server as they have been in the past(suicidal thoughts)

I have been on Citalopram for years. They seemed to work when on 10mg but then had to increase to 20mg then 30mg. I started feeling really sluggish/slow. I have just started coming off them. A lot of aches and pains and anxiety about what is to come. However i do feel if i struggle, I would rather struggle without citalopram than with.

I have been up and down on this for just over a year, like most others it just stopped working and I had a freak out on it.

I have put on a lot of weight about 2stone, but I've not exactly been happy whilst on it.

I have tried slimming world whilst on it - no effect even though I have lost weight on slimming world before. 

I was also prescribed a medication to excrete fat.during a 3month prescribed I didn't even lose a lbs. 

Xenical/orlistat

Rough evaluation as I am currently depressed and cant remember what side effects I had, apart from weight gain.

40 mg I originally took this medication with trazodone.since taking it on it’s own I think it causes headaches and my general health of tiredness and fatigue, I don’t have so much brain fog as other medication.
