Please, please grab yourself some 'you' time. It 'really' is so important for your well being to do this.
It is so easy to run around for everyone else but never give ourselves any time. We really are our own worst enemies.
Set your mind to grabbing some 'you time' and don't talk yourself out of doing it xx

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Hi everyone, so this time last year, i was diagnosed with depression,stress and anxiety.
I was off work for about 6-7 months and then i finally went back to work. I also started counselling at the same time. Which was all a bit too much but i some how coped.
But now its January and guess what ive been signed off on the sick dues to my stress, anxiety and depression. I dont know what to do? anyone help me please?
