Hello,
Music always seems to help. Even just for 10 minutes. If I'm up to it,go for a short walk.

Yes I agree with @SimonEllis44 . I often find a little glimmer of happiness by listening to music. Or talking with a friend. Sometimes it only helps for a little bit of time, but it's something.

Though the lockdown is hard, I do enjoy getting to spend more time at home with family. It's forced me to slow down and appreciate the little things a bit. I try to count my blessings each morning when I wake up and it does help me cheer up a bit.

Just wanted to take a second to day hello, I’m looking for support and a bit of positivity during this strange time. I had some serious health issues a few years ago and I'v been depressed ever since.
Lost someone very important to me a few months ago and really still haven’t mourned the way I need to, I'm to trying to stay strong for everyone else. Prayers for everyone and if I can ever help anyone please let me know. Look forward to uplifting conversations.
