Hi Jessa. Thanks for sharing your issue. It sounds quite similar to me. You are lucky to have a supportive partner, full marks to him for his wonderful support, not everyone has that benefit. Every day is completely different for me, some good and some bad. Sometimes each minute can be a mix of both. Im glad there are people like yourself who are willing to help. Medication didnt work for me unfortunately so had to deal with a lot of issues "dry" as i like to call non medicated recovery. I take each day as a challenge that i can either let govern my life or use as a test of my character. Its good to talk and also listen to others point of view. Thanks again for sharing, hope to speak again soon.

Hi Gary, Hope that you have had a good day? I take medication but for me the biggest positive was accepting that I couldn't do it all on my own and needed some help. Medication didn't take away my problems [anxiety /depression] but it helped me to look at my issues with a clearer mind thus enabling me to address them. Talking /emailing was a life saver. It is easier to write/type something down rather than say it face to face. Also you won't be interrupted!!
The best approach is "Little by little, day by day". Try not to be over critical of yourself and learn to love you for who you are. Do things for you that you enjoy, no matter how small or simple.
Take care. x

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Hello everyone, hoping your all having a good week?
well mine could be better, I've started to keep a diary on how ive been feeling and well yesterday was horrible.
I had thoughts of suicide last night and my partner was so upset, he wouldn't let me go and kept cuddling me, i said sorry and i didn't mean it! we have been going through a tough time with multiple things.
Today i feel better, i miss my partner, hes working, trying to provide for me since ive been ill and been told to rest by the doctors for medical reasons.
Thanks for reading.Feel free to message me or comment.
Im happy to talk to others if they need help, i love to think if im helping just one person , i can make a difference.
Thanks Jessa x
