Hello @Tizzely, thank you for opening this discussion and sharing what you've been going through. I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so anxious. Having to adjust to basically a year of lockdown was definitely a challenge and now readjusting to "normal" life as we come out of lockdown is certainly a challenge as well. Let me tag some other members who can possibly share their thoughts with you.
Hello everyone, how are you today? Have any of you also had a hard time adjusting to the end of lockdown? What kinds of worries or anxieties have you had? How do you cope with these feelings?

@Tizzely I feel the same way. Between my anxiety and depression I don't know what to do. I don't have the mental or physical energy to leave the house, just the idea of it get me reeling.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

AmbassadorLizzie when we loss loved ones some people are expecting to grieve in the same way with each bereavement, and are even more upset because they dont. this can be for many reasons, for example it could be the age of the loved one, how close you were to a certain person, how well they physically or emotionally knew a loved one. or lastly some of us may never have met a loved one for many reasons. or if physical events had taken place ,and a loved one could not be viewed by family and friends
this happened me was because, my son and i parted with bad blood between us, and when his baby daughter was born , and died age 50 minutes i was banned from attending her service or internment, her name was Rebecca Jade, but i called her Becky, and i bought her a small headstone and i go to her grave at least once a month with fresh flowers. i will always love my grandaughter, but possibly not as much as my Angel wife or son, who took his own life.?

Hi Everyone, I'm sorry to bother you but I don't know what to do. I am getting anxious about coming out of lockdown - I struggle with noise and crowds at the best of times but after so long of living in my own little world I am worried that normal levels of noise etc will seem louder. Apart from that I get very anxious ,agitated late evening which then makes it difficult to sleep. If I get to sleep by 6am that's good. This all then impacts on my Chronic fatigue syndrome. Being out in the garden always helps either gardening or just sitting watching the birds and squirrels or watching the badgers at night from the house. I want to hurt, I try to distract myself and so far haven't really done anything but............ My husband is worried about the agitation and during the day I often go hyper for a while, talking really quickly and being agitated, I get confused and can't concentrate. I also keep tripping over, slipping. I think it's all connected and don't really want to contact the Dr.
Thank you for listening
Tizzely
