I heard from an old friend this morning and we've arranged to get a coffee together this weekend. It felt good to be remembered.

I saw this video the other morning and it made me smile... https://youtu.be/Y9SJD5luK0o
I love animals and seeing the cat alright in the end and everyone cheering made me miss going to the football. I've been too anxious to go with COVID but I may try to get to a match

I met up with my best friend and her 2 year old lil girl back in either October or November 2022. My fiance was with me as well as I'd asked him to meet me in our local bus station as I'd done one of my workshops that day and they'd given everyone in the workshop a bag of food to help us out, but I'd had to get my fiance to meet me as one of the bags (they'd given us all an extra carrier bag so that we could try and split the things between the two bags to make it easier for us to carry what we had. Fortunately I'd asked my fiance to meet me as I'd just reached the bus stop for the bus to town when one of the bags I had was starting to rip. Fortunately, my fiance had remembered to bring the backpack we use for shopping with him so that the bags I had could be put in the backpack before they completely snapped.

I feel good today that my wife and I declined the untested vaccines, with more reports of injury and deaths from the vaccines , Looked at top cardiac specialist in the U.K .DR ASEEM MALHOTRA who wants all vaccines for covid to be stopped . He agreed with covid vaccines until evidence collected by him and other top people in his field stated that those with the vaccines were 3 times more likly to die from heart problems than those who did not get the jabs.....https://youtu.be/w3MPnBpfrRk

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

AmbassadorLizzie when we loss loved ones some people are expecting to grieve in the same way with each bereavement, and are even more upset because they dont. this can be for many reasons, for example it could be the age of the loved one, how close you were to a certain person, how well they physically or emotionally knew a loved one. or lastly some of us may never have met a loved one for many reasons. or if physical events had taken place ,and a loved one could not be viewed by family and friends
this happened me was because, my son and i parted with bad blood between us, and when his baby daughter was born , and died age 50 minutes i was banned from attending her service or internment, her name was Rebecca Jade, but i called her Becky, and i bought her a small headstone and i go to her grave at least once a month with fresh flowers. i will always love my grandaughter, but possibly not as much as my Angel wife or son, who took his own life.?

Living with anxiety and other mental illnesses
Suicidal thoughts, not coping, how to get treatment without carrying out my plans?
