Abbey D I can just tell you not to listen to him. People sometimes don't know what we are going through and say nonsense. You are too valuable, so just keep fighting against your depression and focus on the good things and ignore the rest, that is what helps me.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
