Hi I'm new here and was diagnosed with clinical depression since I think 2011. I also suffer from spondylitis of the spine, rheumatoid arthritis in both knees and severe pain in my lower back when standing which affects my quality of life so much.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
