@Cervicaldystonia I know. But sometimes I don’t have the strength to fight against A WALL!
But I do fight and I’ll do it everyday that I can. And I get angry and I’m rude.... Nothing seems to touch MCC!
Hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Hi Izzy. I thought of you 3 days ago when I came across some Ti Chi exercises and a sale of DVD. Read a lot of reviews and all good ones. I decided to give it a try, so I have ordered the DVD. People swear by doing those exercises has changed their life for the better. It is supposed to help you relax, assist flexibility and agility, help you sleep better and much more. I am going to give it a try when I get it. I wonder if you know anything about Ti Chi and would like to give it a go. Its just a thought.
Hope you are managing to the best of your ability.
Good luck
Christina

Good Morning Lovely 😊 Ladies
I have started to read and see videos of Tai Chi on YouTube. It’s brilliant. But I’ve got so much that I can’t do.
Nevertheless I’m reading about Yoga Pilates Chakra Meditation and if I can’t do nothing it’s works like hope on the end of the Tunnel!!!!
Have a very Good Day my Friends!
Izzy. 😘

Hi Izzy, you don't have to try every thing at once. There will be a lot you might not be able to do at first. Just do what ever little you can do without stretching yourself too far to hurt yourself. You will be amazed if you persevere, over a period of time what you thought was impossible, becomes possible, slowly as it may be, but you will benefit from what ever little you can do. Just regular deep breathing with relaxation and meditation calms you a lot and makes you feel better. Every little helps. I haven't got round to looking at any u tube videos yet.
Good luck my friend.

Hi Lovely Christina
I haven’t had time to dedicate myself to it!
Its Medical Appointments that are far to many: Dentist, Eye Hospital, MRI Scans( Brain Tumour!)! I’m just tired of everything!!!
Sorry but very sad today!!
Hugs 🤗

I had a hip replacement 16 months ago due to osteoarthritis. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. Yes I was not looking forward to everything post op, but I am now 100% mobile and after not being able to walk any distances I now enjoy walking again and I've managed to lose 2.5 stones. Totally pain free and I've had lots of comments about how much happier I look - my face was obviously showing my pain. If you have any questions please ask!
