Hi @Rf1974
If you need someone to talk to you can always contact Samaritans at 116 123. The holidays are a tough time for many for this very reason. I think you will find others who share the same challenge around the Christmas season. Please find someone to talk to, whether the Samaritans or a health care professional. You are not alone.
Take care xx

Please know you are not alone, and many people struggle with loneliness at Christmas and during the New Year.
Christmas is not enjoyed by all, and I admit we all did as children, but I feel it is too commercialized now.
As @LizziB has suggested, speak to someone, contact the Samaritans or a Helpline for some advice and assistance.

Suicidal thoughts, not coping, how to get treatment without carrying out my plans?

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
