@Rebeccalouise Hello Rebeccalouise, thank you for opening this discussion. What kind of words or phrases do you mean? I think there is still a lot of stigma or misunderstanding about mental illness so often people may not know how to talk about it.
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. What do you think? Do you think the dialogue about mental illness has changed? Or do we still have a ways to go to remove some of the stigma and talk freely about it?

Your right courtney I just need to feel assured that I am in a good space here where people will always be loving and caring here. As im going through early stages again i will probabaly be intense. I find mornings very hard just getting going . It like i need encouraging in the mornings make accountable, someone be loving say hello

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

In this group so people jugde and stgmatise using the old phrases that keep us knocked down, I hope not, no offense. It's just if I say if I can find the words of how things a mess it would shock, and I m running out of places people I can turn to. If I can find the words by the end of the day will there be help here?
