Hi. I'm new to this site and just thought I'd say hello.

I'm from the South West of Devon in England.

I have suffered from Depression and Anxiety for a very long time.

Here to help others and maybe get some help for myself.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
