wanting to start a meet up group in doncaster area , even if only just for a walk as my mh has pushed many friends out my life and the lonliness is awful and sure many have been in same situations

How is the meet group going...i know about being depressed and lonely. Perhaps you could let me know how to go about setting one up.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
