Living with anxiety and other mental illnesses
Suicidal thoughts, not coping, how to get treatment without carrying out my plans?

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Since I was little I had been wondering why I feel so different from everyone else and more distant from everything. Wasn't until reached 2007 that I found out that I have depression and I could finally put a name to my feelings but, still had a hard time understanding it in full. But as time has gone on I started to realise that there is more than just depression and it can't be just that, it has to be something more. The counsellor has told me that she can see that I'm suffering from CTSD which helps me understand me a bit more. There isn't much that I know about it but I'm pleased to hear that my gut feeling is right. I'm still very scared and I'll be honest I don't know how my family will take it. I wanna be sure that I am so I want to be diagnosed with it and any other symptoms I'm facing. I'm shaking with fear, how it is going to play out. How do you guys cope with dealing with situations like this?
