Hi All

I'm 22, been suffering from depression since I was 15/16

I suffer really badly. It's getting worse now with everything in my life going wrong. I blog about it. I'd love you to read

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
