Good Morning Patras. You haven't said what is making you angry?
What is preventing you from getting a part time job? What type of work are you looking for?
You need to discover what is making you so angry to begin the healing process; once you understand yourself then you can work on it.
Sometimes the hardest thing is letting go of "anger'.
I have periods of anger when I think of the lies/deceit that my now ex put me /family through. I need to vent it to his face but he is a coward + prefers to hide away. For my own happiness/health I have to let go and believe that "what goes around comes around". Karma. On the grand scale I am rich beyond words.
Instead of anger towards him , I look at the positives that I have in my life. A wonderful new partner, family ,grandchildren comfortable home, food on the table. It is so easy to look at our lives in a negative way but ,when on taking the time to really focus on your life you will discover that there are good things all around you that you are choosing to overlook.
Life is full of ups + downs for everyone. Small hurdles can appear to be mountains. As mentioned previously , look at the good things instead of the bad. Life is a journey .
How do you relax?
I find taking time away from others in times of stress is a life saver. Don't give in to your anger , use it to your advantage. Go for a walk, tackle those jobs that need some elbow grease to vent your frustrations. Get in to the garden and channel those energies in to something that will have a positive outcome. Anything that will get rid of the anger.
Take time to do something that is "nice" for you, treat yourself even if is sitting reading a book. Do something to release those "happy hormones' .
Have a good day+ take care.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

I wake up angry. I am depressed my life is falling apart. I try to get help by seeing doctors and talking to others. But I go round and round. I want a part time job. Hard to find one and my age is against me. It is one downhill after another. I anger so easily anymore. Please I welcome advice from all.
