It isnt a selfish attitude I wear a mask I would never put others lives at risk . I'm not that stupid. Surely the Government can do that. By bringing illegal immigrants onto our shores. Inviting them into our country. They even come here with covid 19 daily. So no i just want to live my life as god intended. Tomorrow might never happen as we age

This discussion looks like it was meant to talk about our symptoms, not the coronavirus. I think we should keep it that way. If you all want to talk about that I think you should talk about it in the dedicated threads.
Personally, I'd really like to get rid of my headaches. Some days they are really excruciating and I just have to lie down in a dark room. I'm hoping that I'll be able to have my operation soon for my acromegaly and they will go away on their own!

I've had a lot of neck pain recently and wake up with a headache every day. At first, I thought this might be osteoarthritis or osteoporosis-related, but not too sure at the moment.
Some days the pain is excruciating and hurts regularly to turn and bend the neck. I have osteoarthritis in the knees, wrists and will be asking for x-rays soon.
Does anyone else suffer from neck pain which is osteoarthritis-related?

Yes Lesley, I do. I find the exercises for the neck my physio gave me are helpful. It does not make my pain go away, but it doe make me feel comfortable. Movements are somewhat restricted, where I have to turn my upper body rather than just the neck to look towards either side. I can put up with that. Do you have a contact with the physio who can send you some exercises on line? There are some on line if you put in google "Exercises for neck"
Hope this helps

@nineteen_gale ... Thank you for your suggestions. I tried physio for my back a long time ago which made it worse.
I also have osteoporosis of the spine and osteopenia of the hip, together with epilepsy. During a seizure, one has no control and can fall in any position. This I think has caused the damage to the neck also over the years. I currently take Risedronate Sodium for osteoporosis but find neck pain getting worse since I had brain aneurysm surgery last year. Not sure, of course, if this is related.
I will also do a Google search to find out more regarding exercises; thank you so much for your advice!

Knee and ankle pain. Hurts, slows me down, irritates others, makes me question everything I want to do. Can't get replacement joints as no one to look after me in recovery. But I'm working through it slowly but surely.
