Im sorry to hear that there is a lot of different ops and tests that are being held back ,its hard ,this covid has held up loads myself if they made it mandatory to wear masks wherever you are then maybe this pandemic would dissapear, myself i dont think they know what to do to stop it ,just before xmas i was violently ill ,was in hospital but i could have that then ,i eas put on antibiotics and steroids, wore a oxygen mask then but came out 2 days later ,plus my trev lost his smell and taste, saw the doctor and said it was his age now they say that is one of the signs of covid they havent a clue its all trial and error maybe if they had looked at all the people's problems then maybe they would have found this earlier ,now we are nearly on our knees ,

I'd give anything to find some effective pain relief 'cos co-codamol doesn't touch it and it shuts my bowels down which just aggravates my spondylitis.Once the swimming pools are operating normally I may get some relief, but under present conditions it's not safe for me to use the pool. Also could do with out bladder incontinence the knickers cut my skin to shreds and make me itch and I itch enough with fibromyalgia.I can cope with the insomnia and extreme fatigue and less socialising, but the pain is beyond 24/7 365days a year and I don't look ill either.I get verbal abuse from Tesco staff at present and I'm making an official complaint to head office about there staffs treatment of people with invisible disabilities.I also dread the winter as I can rarely go out as it rains so often in Wales.Mindfulness meditation is my saving grace and listening to music and reading.

It is important to note that you do not exceed the dose of Paracetamol 1gm (2Tablets) 4 times a day. Maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Over a period of time it causes Liver Damage. If you can take them on, as and when required bases rather than regularly is much preferable.

Hope everyone is feeling upbeat in these times of troubles. Wear a mask not sure if they even work. How can they get a cure if they dont know covid 19. Is. I'm getting impatient myself. Let us have our freedom it's our right. Doesnt mean taking chances. I would still wear a mask keep my distance. Take good care

This is to johnniejive. I am not stupid or selfish. Covid 19 doctors dont know what it is. How can they treat something when they dont know a thing about curing it. When I do go out I wear a mask keep my distance. So by the Governments rules I'm ok to go shopping
