Hi. Sorry to hear that your bone density scan shows Osteoporosis, but glad that its not the spread of cancer. Osteoporosis is livable. If you take the medication, be careful that you don't fall as you are very liable to cause fractures with thin bones. One thing you can do Tigger, is, BE POSITIVE. Negativity attracts negative ions and similarly posititvity attracts positivity. keep saying to yourself "I am going to beat this, I can do this". its not going to go away, but you can improve your bone density by various Bone strengthening exercises. If you are able to swim, or even exercise in the water, is very good. There are a lot of chair exercises for seniors on the net. Take your medication as prescribed, do all the right things, follow the advice you have been given to cope with Osteoporosis, eat the right food and stay happy. Lot of us are living with life threatening illnesses and limited mobility. You are what you are, you can't change that. But you can learn to adapt and accept your illnesses, don't moan or feel sorry for yourself, but be happy and positive. Keep yourself occupied physically and mentally as much as you can. Go on, you can do it. Good luck

Hi. Thanks for your message. yes, you do have a lot going on. Once you have accepted all your ailments, and you know that they are there for ever, and not going away anywhere, you just have to learn to manage them s best as you can. Take one day at a time, be grateful for each morning you wake up, that God has given you another day to make a difference/ Stay happy, stay positive. i know its a big ask, and its easy said than done. But always remember that there are a lot more people much worse of than you. No more lecture. Just enjoy each day and be thankful.

Awe bless you love. I too have a lot going on. I live alone it's even harder no one to confide in. Even managed to break my hip. I was screaming for help. No one came I had to drag myself through three doors. Locked bolted. I screamed when i had to reach the keys high up. God must have been with me that day. My daughter appeared. I cried so much so glad i had help. Now four wks on learning to walk again. I've secondary ms too. Luckily my boyfriend wants to move in at the beginning of September. Hes so kind nothing gazes him at all. Best of all he asked me to marry him. I said of course I'd be a complete fool to say no. I love him to bits. Take care of yourselves Linda B xx

To be fair once diagnosed with diabetes 2 and on medication, most of my symptoms, infections, itching, tramendous thirst have all gone. Just one thing left with. May actually be due to high blood pressure and age related, let's just say I feel deflated
