@casper34 oh my I am so sorry to read this is how you feel, I am a firm believer 'is it the quantity of life or the quality?'
I'm sure you gone through all the avenues of the different pain relief but they are always finding different things don't give up, keep badgering the Dr's.
I have been looking into CBD now I'm not sure I've got the letters round the right way but it's the cannabis derivative have you looked into anything like this? It's only reading on here that I had even heard about it, so what I'm trying to say is keep looking for different ways of pain relief xx🤔 Sonia xx

The breathlessness gets me every time over the years I have been so active so it's killing me I can't do what I want to do then the depression sets in

I get breathless just walking from chair to the toilet sometimes it bothers me when I'm trying to shower if my trev didn't help me I don't think I could cope I'm always coughing if I talk to long I get breathless my breathing problems got worse after having radiotherapy for my breast cancer doctor says it is the start of emphysema I asked him if it would get better and he said no I just have to carry on but I have regular check ups with my chest specialist .

Breathlessness is terrible, being a chronic asthmatic I sympathise. Ask your Dr for some simple pulmonary rehab exercises. These are breathing exercises, seated exercises and work upto gentle walking type exercises. It won't cure it but it makes it easier to manage and stops some of the panicy feeling you can get.

All the pain so I can walk normal and do lots of things people do everyday. It would also help my fatigue as well if the pain goes

I have been waiting for rehabilitation excercise I had a phone call the other week to say that I am getting an appointment in the middle of June but I haven't heard nothing since then but I am seeing my chest specialist in July hopefully he can help me more as it getting worse I am coughing most of the day fingers crossed.

Loss of my core strength when I get tired when I have overdone things.....I end up feeling like a little old lady - unable to stand up straight.
