If I could get rid of one illness it wouldn't be just one it would be all of them as they all cause problems to me but different coeliac is because I cant eat the foods I like, then breast cancer because its frightening and nine more yrs to wait before the all clear ,then hypertension because its worrying incase I get a stroke ,migraines because it causes me to be dizzy ,then osteoporosis because I ache all over, depression PTSD low moods anxiety because all the worrying, I do ,being deaf because I have trouble hearing even with my aids ,and glaucoma because I could go blind ,and so on so I think for me it would be everything

The only thing that drives me mad is my memory loss. I find it so difficult to even remember my local road names, etc. If I have just had a conversation with someone I will remember them for a few days but after a week or so I see them and think "mm who is that person....?"

Activate your mind. Do puzzles, get physical. have active social life to prevent deterioration of your memory. But most of all, talk to your GP. get early attention.

@nineteen_gale
I did speak to the GP he said it's just old age. I am 52 now so I was cross. He said I just have to deal with it. I do puzzles, go to the gym and all that you mentioned but it is still the worst symptom as far as I am concerned.
