Fatigue, so fed up with feeling so damn tired all the time. I have a lot of pain studying to do and I get about half way through the work and start to feel so drained and tired that I have to stop. If I could just get rid of the fatigue, even if only for more than a day or two, it would make it much easier to get everything done on my university work

Ive found it difficult to identify just one symptom that I wish I could get rid of as there are quite a few of them. Narrowing it down if I could get rid of the pain caused by nerve damages and even the arthritic pain then this would address many of the other symptoms that I experience on a daily basis. It’s something we have to do our best to manage and some days that’s easier than on others. There are a range of aids that can help depending upon a range of other impacts/symptoms but there are days when just nothing works and they are the ones when we have to permit ourselves to look after ourselves in whatever means that make us feel more secure. That could be the days when we can’t get out of bed then do whatever it takes to enable us to be able to get up whether that takes days/weeks but we have to keep trying to do our best for our own sakes. Be kind to yourselves as I think we can spend to much energy on dealing with the impact of our conditions upon others. Permit yourself to be selfish at those times when it’s most appropriate. Stay well my dear team members have a great day.
Today is the 75th anniversary of the DDay landings. Many different nations were involved in the largest land invasion. So many died, were injured or survived with their horrendous memories of this time of war. Whatever you nationality remember your brave men who paid the ultimate price. God bless all the soldiers involved in this horrendous war.

If I could just get rid of this dammed fatigue, it just seems to be a constant in my life now. Even 2/3 days a week would be a huge bonus. I want to spend time with my family and not in bed. Here's hoping 🤞🤞
