I can understand that CBD oils can help with mental problems. I use this one https://greenshoppers.co.uk/reviews/hempura-cbd-oil-full-review/ to deal with occasional stress and anxiety. But I've never tried to use it for pain relief. But thanks for the tips here.

I use Thc and CBD oil. I use the THC when i go to bef because of the psychoactive effects which i actualy don't like and i take CBD during the day . I gave many physical problems including juvenile arthritis since a child, degenerative disc disease, extensive metalwork in my spine, coronary heart disease asthma plus hip and knee replacements. I also have an adrenal gland tumour this is why im peserverng with the THC. I am in constant pain but the CBD oil and THC has really helped me. You need to have full spectrum CBD or it is a waste of money. I get mine on prescription now from my GP but obviously not the THC. If anyone is thinking of using CBD do not buy it in shops its a waste of money you need the real stuff

I hear what you say Shanjo but my GP will not give me a prescription so I get from a shop. Yes you are right it isn't any thing like the real CBD. I had a sample given me and that was really good. Not sure if it came from CBD brothers. Living with pain is some time worse than a illness that can be treated. If you see what I'm saying. I smile through the day but want to cry when people say you look well and you feel like death. Good luck I hope they find some help soon for you and every one else.

I've just got my first bottle of CBD capsules and had my first one (25% off at HandB making it £28 for 60) I did speak to my Dr first to see if it would react to the vast amount of medication I'm on, he in turn passed the buck to the chemist, who came up trumps, there is only one med that it could potentially clash with so I'm having a blood test in three weeks to see if there is a problem.
Like all of you I'm sure, I will try anything to ease the pain. I had a steroid injection in my left knee last Friday all was going well when Sunday evening a neighbour dared to go past our window. One of our dogs took unbridge to this and jumped right down on my knee to try to get at him. The only thing she got was a lot of new names screamed at her.
So now I'm hoping the CBD can help? 🙏🤞☺️

@Maggie-mae Hello,
That is great that your doctor and pharmacist worked together to help you. Please report back and tell us how you get on, I know a lot of members are very interested in this and would love to receive advice and feedback.
I hope it does work out for you and you achieve some pain relief :)

I had a hip replacement 16 months ago due to osteoarthritis. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. Yes I was not looking forward to everything post op, but I am now 100% mobile and after not being able to walk any distances I now enjoy walking again and I've managed to lose 2.5 stones. Totally pain free and I've had lots of comments about how much happier I look - my face was obviously showing my pain. If you have any questions please ask!
