Hi everyone, how are you doing today? 💬
Managing prostate cancer can be physically and emotionally draining, and treatments like surgery, radiation, or hormone therapy often come with side effects like fatigue, weight gain, and loss of muscle mass.
💪 Some studies suggest that regular physical activity might help ease these side effects, improve quality of life, and even enhance treatment outcomes. But finding the motivation or the right type of exercise can be a challenge.
We’d love to hear from you:
❓ Have you tried exercising during or after your treatment?
❓ What types of movement have helped you feel better, like walking, yoga, weight training, etc.?
❓ Have you noticed a difference in your mood, energy levels, or symptoms after staying active?
