Nooo, don't cancel Noodles!!! If it is what the doctor advice it is a good thing. Sometimes it can take years for diagnosed prostate cancer patients to get treatment, so if I were you I would take it. Of course it is scary, always everything is, but think about the benefit you can have. I hope you did went through and didn't cancel. Wish you luck!

Hello everyone,
How are you doing? Have you seen this older discussion?
As you know, going through prostate cancer - from the moment of diagnosis until post-treatment - can be a challenging, even frightening experience.
For those of you who have already been through your prostate cancer journey, or those who are still in the middle, do you have any thoughts or advice to share with others? Is there anything they should know or be aware of? What has helped you get through it?

Feel free to share here, we're all here to support one another!
Take care,
Courtney

I was originally misdiagnosed and 2 months later told without medical support at clinic.
I now have regular psa tests and have been told by 2 urologist and a G.P that everything is fine and my last PSA reading 1.0 which is normal.
So I am just getting on with things in my life .I dont have any plans, but how can we living with covid19 and being forced into lockdown without any knowledge of what the future holds, until we get vaccines.
And learn to accept a new way of living and learning not to be too selfish. But instead learning to value life and respect each other more and not be greedy .

Had my interim 6 monthly PSA blood test and it is still less than 0.01. Same result since Jan 2019. I had brachytherapy and radiotherapy, plus hormone treatment. Not long now before I'm discharged. Please don't give up hope, just go with your consultants advice.
