My favourite thing is walking my happy 9month grandson in his pram. Getting photos of my 2 year old grand daughter as she is always smiling. The other thing that I enjoy is eating out.

I would avoid coffee as caffeine is too much of stimulus especially if testing B.P. I even informed my G.P. Preferences is tea semi skimmed milk flat spoon sugar. Maximum 3 daily and 4-6 large glasses water keeps hydrated. My breakfast can be anytime into afternoon, which with spoon honey as Natural product with porridge mostly as no artificial additives.

Hello everyone,
Having a chronic condition, or supporting a loved with their illness, can be difficult and tasking. However, we wanted to ask you, what little pleasure do you take out of each day? Is it your first cup of coffee in the morning? Listening to your favourite radio station? Completing that crossword?
We would love to hear from you and discover what gives you a daily boost and brings a smile to your face :)
