I cuddle my two dogs, that is magic. Then look into a dogs eyes, they speak to you, you then know what the dog is thinking.

Seeing my wife as comfortable and as happy as can be expected, then seeing all the housework finished.

I need my tea and cereal first thing in the morning!
I then catch up on my cell phone reading through any important messages, emails etc. Once dressed, its a cup of coffee then I sit on my laptop trying to catch up with voluntary editing, advocacy on Facebook and obviously being an Ambassador, check the Carenity site!
I am an Ambassador on My Epilepsy Team and joined the My Osteo Team so check both sites, which keeps me occupied for a while.
In the evening, I do Word Searches to keep that brain going as far as thinking is concerned, but also enjoy the relaxation it gives.

Opening my eye's in the morning and realising that I'm still alive !!!!!!!!! and knowing that Carenity awaits.

Hello everyone,
Having a chronic condition, or supporting a loved with their illness, can be difficult and tasking. However, we wanted to ask you, what little pleasure do you take out of each day? Is it your first cup of coffee in the morning? Listening to your favourite radio station? Completing that crossword?
We would love to hear from you and discover what gives you a daily boost and brings a smile to your face :)
