@nineteen_gale yes thank you for the information! I was able to look on another site and saw that tumeric and ginger tea can also help with lupus! I will be looking into this with my GP once the coronavirus calms down.

Good idea. Always check with your GP to check if any of the prescription medication you are on, counter acts Turmeric. Dietary Turmeric is much safer than supplements. The latter should not be taken for a very long period but dietary Turmeric can be used in various ways in your cooking, shakes, Golden paste, Turmeric milk etc. Good luck.

Hello Mrs Larkin. I hope you have informed your G.P. and any Consultant's that you may see?
Especially as they have complete History of your health, that knowledge to your treatment is of utmost importance. E.g I am Allergic really badly to Penicillin, I carry my Hospital Number on Redband always as a precaution although, on Automatic Registration, a computer depends on the operator. Being CADCAM with Distinction. I know such. It is also easy to recommend some things as they want to find out how works for different conditions for both Analytical, Recommendations ultimately to sell. But be aware they do not have complete knowledge of you and health?
Also to be careful if not prescribed by a doctor has said perhaps be helpful, as can check as you take a substance.
Further, may I point out Black tea increases your caffeine intake like a booster, which can be combined with other drinks be too much caffeine into the system. (Very complicated area) as having ops including experimental Lazer as quicker recovery which I would need not lying ill in hospital bed long-term not good for me.
At least on that occasion Lol! Other occasions and different emergencies change such decisions?

I had a hip replacement 16 months ago due to osteoarthritis. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. Yes I was not looking forward to everything post op, but I am now 100% mobile and after not being able to walk any distances I now enjoy walking again and I've managed to lose 2.5 stones. Totally pain free and I've had lots of comments about how much happier I look - my face was obviously showing my pain. If you have any questions please ask!
