I use seretide 500 ,plus triopium, and statins, I find it is helping but now I have been given a chamber to use I havent started using that yet as I still have the round inhalers plus I have salbutamol to use if and when needed also I have a diary to put down how many times I need my inhaler, I have to keep a record so she can see how things are for me Tigger
