I have emphysema,and am on 2litres oxygen daytime and 0.05nighttime and when i am resting i get very out of breathe sometimes doing the slightest thing,it also makes my bladder work overtime,i had all the tests for heart trouble,luckily they all came back good,i have been offered an operation called a lung volume reduction,i dont know of anyone who had had thisdone neither do the respitory nurses,i am 80,does anyone know?

Hello,
Recently I feel like I am even more out of breath than usual...even walking up the stairs has me gasping. I feel terrible...anyone else experiencing really bad breathlessness? What did you do?
