i have long been thinking about this issue of trying sauna treatment because in the past i have noticed that sweating does help with the removing of the scales. The problem with psoriasis is the thick build up of dead skin and how to reach through that to get the treatment to the red patches underneath where it can have the most effect at slowing the growth of skin cells down . up to now i have taken mine off when in the shower and it has helped ease my flare ups.So i wonder if anyone has tried a sauna that would induce sweating and weather it has helped reduce theirs .

Has anyone tried spa treatments for Psoriasis? Has your doctor adviced any?
I have a friend that is telling me to try them but I am not sure and my doctor says he has not enough info to tell me if they do help or not or if they can be worse....
