I had an under active thyroid for many years before psoriasis. I didn’t know I had psoriasis until I had the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis; mine is inverse, which is uncommon.

@Pooks69 Hello,
How do you find having both of these conditions simultaneously?

Extremely difficult, I've only been recently diagnosed.
They are trying to find medication to suit all my problems without aggravating any of them.
The next thing they want to try is Retuximab infusions.
I've tried all the DMARDS, and most of the biologics with my psoriatic arthritis
This is supposed to work with my dodgy lungs and heart too.

@Pooks69 Hello,
I am sorry to hear that it is so difficult. I hope that the infusions work out for you. Unfortunately sometimes it can be a long game of trial and error.
Have any other members experienced this?

Had the Psoriasis long before the Type 2 Diabetes.
The Diabetes takes number 1 priority on a daily basis. The Psoriasis is well controlled at present thanks to the medication prescribed by the Dermatologist. But, when it flares up it has an effect on my Blood Sugars.

Unfortunately, very often a patient with an autoimmune disease develops other medical conditions, autoimmune or others.
Have you developed other chronic conditions? Was it before or after you were diagnosed with psoriasis?
How do you manage treating more than one condition?
