Hiya,
I travel quite a lot, especially to India every year. I just make sure of what I am eating on the plane, take my tablets with me, also drink lots of water, not booze. I am fine, no problems. Bit of ankle swelling which everyone gets, so just have wee walk around and enjoy flight & holiday

My husband type 2 used insulin pens. We are travelling long haul with an overnight hotel stay beforehand. Any hints/tips on keeping a quantity of insulin refrigerated. The journey will be around 24 hrs duration. Many thanks

I was diagnosed with type 2 last December, this was a shock but not a surprise. I am travelling to Uganda in November is there any precautions I need to think about when I go due to my diabetes. I have sorted out my Malaria tablets do I need a medical certificate or info about my Metformin tablets I have to take?
Any advise anyone can give I would appreciate Andrear
