Never found an issue eating bread of whatever kind in respect of diabetes. Perhaps on my wasteline it is not helpful which then indirectly affects my diabetes. Like all foods, moderation is the key factor and of course when dieting less bread the better. Food fads and latest claims aside I have not heard bread being a no no for diabetes. I do tend to ignore latest advice because in next week they will claim the information they gave was wrong and you must try something else or not eat!
