Hi, @monday13! How are you?
Thank you for starting this discussion today! Indeed there are many different yogurts that can affect the blood sugar levels. It is essential to be careful with sugary yogurt when living with diabetes. I will tag some members who might want to share their thoughts on this topic.

Hello
I go to the shop and there are so many types of yogurt options. Does any one know if the different styles of yogurt "Icelandic, Greek, Australian, plain ol yogurt" Do they have an affect on blood sugar levels? Asking because I'm have type 2.
many thanks
xx
