I have read that women undergoing treatment for breast cancer may face early menopause. Was it your case? What symptoms did you experience and how did you cope with them?

What about your mental state at the time? How did you accept this early onset of menopause?

This happened with my friend's sister after she went through chemo.. she was only about 41 or 42 at the time. I don't recall now if the had any particular symptoms, I guess her main symptoms were due to her chemo so can't really say. But I do know she didnt expect this

Luckily I was well-prepared by my Oncologist to expect the menopause resulting from chemotherapy. I was in my late forties.

I've had a bout severe depression, which I'm sure was menopause related.

Also desperately trying to lose weight and failing dismally!
