@JazzyC I know just how you feel, I had childhood Asthma, I was always told 1)you can't die from it... they lied... 2)it goes away in seven year cycles 7-14-21, they lied I'm 66 and still have it
I never let it rule me regardless of how poorly I was I had a life, I did most things but now for me it is all the other health issues that is stopping me from having the same sort of life
But, I wake up every morning so that I am very thankful of x

I would love if the swelling in feet, ankles and lower legs went, if the lack of energy went and social isolation that ensues from that as can't dance,, run, anymore and find walking painful

Hi (Maggi.ma)just two words would say what I would like to get rid of (utter agony).I know some people will say that I should be glad to be alive and thankful for each new day. Well I used to be,but not anymore .I am not afraid of dying, but I am afraid of living.I know each night when I go to sleep,that if God dont take me before I wake its just another day of agony.I Love my Husband and Sons and I dont want to leave them ,but I can see in their eyes that they are hurting because of how I am.God bless (Maggie Mae.)

I am writing this message from my hospital bed and feeling very unwell and depressed.I have shown my Nurse what I have written and she said, yes send it Glo.She is so understanding and caring.Anyway Maggie I will say goodnight Godbless for now, and thank you for being my friend.For being someone I can have a winge to.From Glojo.

@GLOJO1I.... I am more than happy for you to whinge in my shell like, when you are in constant pain you need to have a release and if it is to someone who truly understands the pain and discomfort that you are in that can make you feel a whole lot better and Glo I really do know
Pain can make you think 🤔 of things you ordinarily wouldn't dream of thinking let alone voiceing. To not be afraid of death is a positive for when the time comes but "he ain't ready for you yet luv" so are all pain relief avenues been looked at. I have a problem with lots of pain relief but now I have Gabapentin, Patches, Oramorph and good old paracetamol plus I use TENs machines 3/4 times per week, nothing takes the pain away completely but it all makes it bareable and helps be to be thankful to wake up and start another day xxx

@HazelRutter Good Evening,
Please accept my deepest apologies for picking up in a “wrong information “ on Your statement.
In Hospital what we can give Intra Venous is Morphine never Heroine.
Sorry but it is important for me as I was a Nurse for 30 years before my SMA came knocking on my door so to speak.
Regards
Izzy
