Sativex has not been approved by NICE for use in England as it has been labelled as 'not cost effective'. Though interestingly it is approved in Wales.

@Yank34 I also asked my nurse about Sativex once and told me the same. I grow my own on a small pot I have in my house (I hope not to get in trouble for admiting this lol) But I do believe that as @ganganmz says, there are just shity days that the only way to reduce all the stiffness and pain is by making a marihuana tea
I strongly recomend it, with precaution obviously

Sativex can put you off cannabis as it tastes foul apparently, I don’t know if it works I have no first hand experience. Cannabis has been medically legal in the uk since 2018, it’s a monopoly, you have to be minted to afford a private prescription here and be legal, so those people unable to work can’t afford it and turn to black market which can be hit or miss medically.... it’s all a bit rude, suffering is legal. It’s all quiet sad, the uk is in a bad way and there is not a lot we can do, seen as they voted away protest rights today. What’s that be quiet and suffer in silence , it’s the British way.

Hello everyone,
What are your thoughts on the controversial use of cannabis as a treatment for e.g. muscle spasms?
Please feel free to share your thoughts here.
All the best,
