I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia or Polimyalgia Rheumatica 9 years ago and have kept it under control by taking steroids. The doctors are trying to get me off them as I have a heart murmur however all my symptoms have come back = aching tiredness can’t cope with this can anyone help.

The severe brain fog that got so bad I was sent for a brain scan, but no it’s FIBRO, exacerbated by HYpothroidism and Menapause. So triple whammy makes me feel like I have severe cognitive problems. I am know as the worst out of a group of about 50 with FM.

The pain...it just is constantly there! It disturbs my sleep, won't let me do anything without rearing its ugly head, and makes me feel so depressed all the time!

@EstelleM
Hi yes I'm the same I've had fibromyalgia 36 yrs & I'm terrible with the side effects of pharmaceutical meds, also rubbish taking natural stuff?? At moment I've got anxiety & panic attacks can't take the meds cis of side effects!! I'm trying fish oils as read they help, but read on here they have gelatin on which is bad for fibro suffers, I have been having bad side effects. How do you go on with meds etc.

Hello,
As the title says, if you could get rid of one of your fibromyalgia symptoms, which one would it be and why? It will be interesting for you all to share your most difficult symptom and how your life would change if it was gone. You might have some reasons in common :)
