Ive started suffering with panic attacks when I go out in my own due to something bad happening to me about 3months back. I'm having to take deep slow breathes when I'm out just to help control it.

Stress is one of the major triggers for seizures... It is easy for others to say we must 'de-stress', but everyone is different and all have different anxiety/hypertension levels. When I am congested in a shopping centre, or claustrophobic I tend to stress, which then brings on a seizure. Tiredness at the same time doesn't help the situation.
