Hope this is true!
Was diagnosed with type 2 nine months ago and decided to shift some wight.
Lost 34 pounds, and moderate exercise, feel a lot better.
Liquid diet and 1000 cals a day,eat a bit more at the weekend(!|) and keeping to 14 units of alcohol per week.
Aim to lose another 20 pounds then go back to normal eating, maybe 1500 cals a day.
Will buy a home testing kit to check my hba1c, hope it's gone down!
