@henrick Hello henrick, thank you for opening this discussion. Congratulations on your new commitment to your health! Let me tag some members who could share their thoughts and advice with you:
Hello all, how are you today? What do you think? Should henrick take his medicines before or after his sport? Do you take your medications first thing in the morning upon waking or do you prefer to wait until later?

Hello all, since the lockdown has been eased and things are slowly returning to "normal", I've decided to make a greater effort in taking care of myself and my diabetes. I'd like to get back into sport, but for now I'm starting with long walks three times a week for at least an hour in the morning.
I try to have a light breakfast of cereal or yogurt, but i don't take my medicines and wait until I've finished my exercise and have returned home.
Do you all think this is a safe idea or ok to do? I haven't had any reactions or feelings of nausea or dizziness yet, but I'm not sure if I should maybe be taking my medicine before. Does anyone know anything about this?
Thank you all.
