It's still quite new to me and I am getting used to the diet and constant carb counting. I need to do the carb counting as I'm still not sure about the amounts I can tolerate. Also... I love food and a lot of it, but I am really trying to loose some weight and get healthier. So yes, reastaurant visits are difficult! Mainly because it is tempting to look at the delicious things on the menu. But I also think a lot about which restaurants to choose now. The healthier the better. We never go to the greasy chinese place around the corner anymore for instance. I also have cut down on the wine when I go out.
Does anyone have great ideas to manage the temptations when going out? Advice is much appreciated!
Thanks
