Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well.
I wanted to open up a discussion about something that might be on the minds of many in our community: the variability in HbA1c levels on blood tests.
HbA1c, as many of you know, is an important measure used to gauge long-term blood glucose control, particularly for those managing diabetes. However, some of us may have experienced different HbA1c results at various times, even when we believe our daily routines and management strategies have been consistent. This can be quite confusing and sometimes concerning.
Have any of you noticed differences in your HbA1c levels despite consistent management? What insights or experiences can you share that might help others understand this better?
Let's support each other by sharing knowledge and experiences. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Best,
Somya from the Carenity team πΌ
