I would not take this third dose without contacting your GP first as the dose should be two puffs morning and evening only. Might be safer to check

I take 2 puffs morning and evening, I am very active and would like to try cutting it back, but I was advised if my COPD deteriorated I may not get back to where I was if I started taking it again

I have found a couple of times I need to take my trimbow inhaler a third time during the day. I take it at 6 to 7am in the morning then need to take it again about 3pm. On a couple of occasions I have needed it later on in the evening. Is it ok to do this?
