I have been using Spiriva for a good few years now along with Seretide 500 and the two together suit me very well and help me a great deal with my breathing

I find these two drugs work well to control breathing, but do have some side effects. They are easier to use than basic inhalers when you have arthritic hands. However they do not suit everyone, so it is a case of trial and error

I use spiriva too. I used to be prescribed seretide, but have been on Relvar Ellipta for a year now, only need it once a day. I very rarely use my ventolin rescue. Pulmonary rehab was a godsend.

I've been using spiriva for many years I find it helps me breathe easier to achieve better exercise.
Spiriva allows me to bend forward easier without feeling my lung space is being restricted.
