I have lymphodema in the Breast. Not the same of course. I attend a lymphodema clinic where a Macmillan nurse teaches you how to massage to move the fluid along. This is probably not much help to you. As far as I know there is no cure but you can make marginal gains- ask the experts like Macmillan

3 yrs after masectomy, chemo/radio therapies and l yr herceptin jab - I am also on Lexatrol for 5 yrs - about a year ago, I suffered with Lymphodema in arm/hand.
at the moment, its not too bad - I do exercises and have a gauntlet and glove.
But, can anyone give more advice. a friend said someone she knew was taking a tablet for Lymphodema, but my specialist nurse says there is NO cure, you can only control it.
