Hello @NaturalApproach, thank you for opening this discussion, I've moved it to our breast cancer treatments group for more visibility. What kinds of side effects have you been having? Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you.
Hello all, how are you today?
For those of you who have been on letrozole or other estrogen inhibitors, can you share your experience? What kinds of side effects have you had? Have you been able to ease them or prevent them entirely? Is there anything that helps?

Hi. Have only started Exemestane three days ago. I would also be interested to hear how long it took for others to experience side effects, if any. I have fibromyalgia so already have the muscle and joint pains I’ve been told to expect with this therapy. Not looking forward to any more pain. I’ve read it take about two months for such side effects to occur. Is that right ? Xx
